The National Training Center works with an extensive network of qualified leadership and professional development practitioners, each with years of experience in presenting materials to a large variety of audiences. Based upon the results of an informal interview (always at no charge), the NTC will recommend the most appropriate trainer for your unique audience and subject matter. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, however, we are currently only offering virtual training opportunities. Every NTC training program leads to a certificate of completion for both your and your learners’ records after a curriculum of learning and assessment quizzes. In addition to content presentation, workshops include scenarios, exercises, best practice examples and more. Workshops can range from 2 hours to a full day. Pricing for our traveling trainers is always based upon a day rate, plus T&E. All trainers are fully prepared to provide multiple workshops on any day, based upon your schedule. Attendance is most effective when classroom size is limited to around 30 learners.For pricing inquiries, please contact Dennis Kennedy at [email protected]. Please note that we cater to both individual and corporate training. Corporate training would be for a group within the same organization.

Certifications

The National Training Center will offer a number of certification courses. These courses may last a half day, a full day, or more. Those interested in leading a certification program need to create the curriculum.

On-demand Workshops

Corporate Training

On-demand webinars are usually 45 to 60 minute programs, presented live by a qualified and experienced member of the National Training Center staff. Corporate Webinars do not have an attendance limit, but more than 10 concurrent locations would involve an additional charge (unless presented over your organization’s private network).A company can schedule a training session for a certain number of employees. They have the ability to set the duration of the training and coordinate with the trainer on the date and time.

Individual Training

On-Demand Workshops: This is a private 1 hour session with an experienced diversity, equity and inclusion consultant. They are one-on-one sessions around topics of the learner's choice.

Standing Webinars

The standing webinars for NTC will be pre-scheduled webinars with set dates, topics, and times. They will be one hour long.

DEI Coaching/Coaches Corner

This is a private 1 hour session with an experienced diversity, equity and inclusion consultant. They are one-on-one sessions around topics of the learner's choice.

On-Site Workshops
